Terms of Agreement
Forum Registration
When participants sign up to use this forum, they will be given a detailed profile. PreemieCare advises participants request an appropriate username. With this forum profile, registered users agree never to share their password with anyone. They also agree NEVER to use another participant's account to post messages or browse this forum. Participants are responsible for presenting clean and accurate information. Any information PreemieCare deems inaccurate or vulgar will be removed.
Inappropriate Postings or Messages
Participants agree not to post or send private messages containing any material which is false, defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise in violation of ANY law. This activity is inconsiderate of other forum participants, and legal actions can be taken against violators. Participants also agree not to post or send private messages containing any material protected by copyright unless that user owns the copyright or has consent from the owner of the copyright. Spam, flooding, advertisements, chain letters, pyramid schemes, and solicitations are also inappropriate for this forum.
PreemieCare's Role Maintaining the Forum
Since PreemieCare cannot always confirm the validity of posts by participants on this forum, PreemieCare is not responsible for their content. PreemieCare does not warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any information presented by other participants on this forum including private messages.
